Currently, the tooltips do not show until clicked or hovered over.

This creates a problem for mobile users, as they don’t know what a specific menu icon is for until that option is tapped on.

Is there a way to get the tooltips to show by default?

Thanks for contacting.

You can auto open a tooltip by using custom JavaScript code. Write a function to trigger the click/hover event on page load (document ready).

Here is sample code:

jQuery(document).ready(function($) {

271 is the id of sample tooltip. You can replace mouseover with click to simulate click event.
